Allow override of automatic flatline behaviours

Currently, the TruMonitor engine will enforce a flatline and drop to zero of several parameters during cardiac arrest, PEA and others.

Advanced users may wish to override/disable this behaviour temporarily, for example to enable SPO2 or ETCO2 to be increased during ventilations.
