Values for labs in US standard

requesting the lab results be in US/American format rather than European. What is currently present is not the US standard. In addition, usually what is present beside the entered levels are normal values for reference. For example, sodium level goes down to 200. This is not US.

    In upcoming version v5.5.2, users will be able to select US Conventional units, to correctly setup lab results in US formatting.
