Zoll X - Setting to enable/disable AED auto restart

This feature adds the ability to change a setting for Zoll X, allowing ‘AED Auto Restart Analysis’ to be enabled or disabled. The default setting is that AED will auto-restart analysis after the CPR cycle completes.
